I have been so truly blessed with God’s gift. The gift to be able to capture life, document it, and share its stories through my lenses. I have been so fortunate to be involved with an organization that puts together photographers who are willing to give their time and talent. That organization is Help-Portrait. This organization was founded just this year by photographer Jeremy Cowart from Tennessee. The LA Chapter was led by Los Angeles based photographer Jen May. The event was at The Global Cafe in Studio City. Each area of the of the cafe was divided into several sections where teams of photographers setup a studio to where we can photographed the families for their portraits. Each family chooses a small to large photo, which is then printed on the spot on a Kodak Printer donated by Kodak. We were able to not only capture the families with professional images, they get to take home professional photos FOR FREE.
