Jordan at Week Six…

Today is my son’s 6th week. To be honest with everyone. I had absolutely NO idea what the demands and the challenges are when taking care of a newborn. I know of MANY GOOD Fathers, including my own Dad. They have shared their stories with me. But there is no way I can be prepared to be Dad, until I become one. It is quite true that when you now a little one that you can call your own, everything changes. Your life, your priorities, and your needs. This is so quite true. All I want to do now is be with Jordan. Every morning when I come home for lunch, yep, I work 5am-2pm EVERY M thru Friday, all I look forward to seeing is Jordan and my beautiful wife, Rachelle. When I see them, all my stress and worries go away. I am just so fortunate to have a SMART, BEAUTIFUL and Caring Wife, who just happens to be a UCLA Grad and MBA graduate from Pepperdine. We are so fortunate to have a healthy and strong boy in Jordan. We are so blessed to have him. In this time of the year, we have nothing but to give thanks to the LORD for his blessings and graces.

2007 has been ONE HECK OF A YEAR for me and for my family…..I have a lot to thank for!

Well, Joel! Don’t you remember those days when you use to live with us & you saw how we were having a great time with Riley. You are absolutely correct about when all your life changes once you have a child of your own your priorites is so different. Having two now is challenging but Jeffrey & I is loving every moment of it.ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT YOUR INCHARGE OF HOW YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO BE BROUGHT UP. Jordan will remember all the things that you taught him. Kids never forget anything!
