Today something magical happened that I have never experienced before. I became a father for the very first time. At 7:59am PST, my wife Rachelle delivered Jordan at 6.7lbs. He is of perfect health. At the time of this writing, it still sinking in that I am now a father. I don’t know what to feel really, but I can say that I am very happy, elated, grateful, and so blessed that God gave Rachelle and I a very beautiful gift, the gift of Life. Jordan is such a beautiful boy! He has the looks of my beautiful wife Rachelle. I am also so glad that Rachelle had a pretty smooth delivery. She had a C-Section so delivery was pretty quick. We have been up since 3am this morning and I barely had enough sleep. Plus the fact that I have to drive to Baby R Us in Simi Valley to get certified by CHP hosting this event so they can certify that the installation of the car seat is meeting the requirements for safety during travel. I am glad that it did. The hospital where Rachelle delivered requires that carseats installation meets the safety guidelines. If it did not, the hospital will not released Jordan to us. So I had to get this done ASAP! Rachelle is resting at the hospital with Jordan. They will be released at the end of this week. Were very excited. His grandmas and grandpas from both sides dropped by to see their ONLY grandchild. As you can imagine, Jordan is the first grandchild from BOTH sides. Just imagine the weight this kid has to shoulder! The Pressure!
So I guess this is it for now. I need to get some Zsss now as I am having difficulty finding the keys on this keyboard………….. In the mean time, enjoy some of Jordan’s photos…
